QNT系列厚度计

 QNT系列厚度计,一种基于γ射线穿透材料的透射量随被测材料厚度变化的非接触式厚度计。它可以用于金属板和非金属板、带材的在线检测。也可以用于材料的在线自动厚度控制。由于该测厚仪的高性能和低价格,20年来被全国25个省、市500个企业采用,并远销埃及、约旦、马来西亚、越南、巴基斯坦等国家,总销量已超过7000台。

 

Series QNT Thickness Gage

 Series QNT thickness gage, a noncontact-type thickness gage based on the phenomenon that the gamma ray transmission volume varies depending on the thickness of materials to be measured. It can be applied to measuring the strip (sheet) of metals and nonmetals on line; it can also be used for automatic controlling the thickness of material on line. During the last 20 years, about 5000 sets of QNT-thickness gage with high specification and low price have been used by 500 users in 25 provinces and Egypt,Jordan,Malaysia,Vietnam,Pakistan,etc.

QNT-2型厚度计用于在线检测,由于采用高灵敏度电离室和高质量的集成电路,使得该厚度计有高可靠性、高稳定性并且操作和维修都很方便。它可以和选件气动C形架一起使用。

QNT-4型厚度计

 QNT-4型厚度计用于在线厚度检测也可以用于在线厚度自动控制。它显示厚度绝对值和厚度偏差值(数字和模拟),它有厚度绝对值输出(2进制码或8.4.2.1码),厚度偏差值输出(8.4.2.1码)和厚度偏差值模拟输出,这些信号可用于记录和与计算机通讯,由于采用高灵敏度电离室和工业控制计算机,可以自动校准0点并具有很高的精度。它可以与选件电动C形架一起使用。

 

QNT-4 Thickness Gage

 QNT-4 Thickness gage is used for measuring on line and automatic controlling the thickness on line. It displays the absolute thickness (digit) and the deviation of thickness (digit and analog). It has the output of absolute thickness (binary or 8.4.2.1 code), the output deviation thickness (8.4.2.1 code) and the analog output of deviation thickness for record and communication with industrial computer. Since the high-sensitivity ionization chamber and microprocessor are adopted, its “0 Point” can be adjusted automatically, high-accuracy measurement is possible to get. It may be with optional frame.
